Returns

  • Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item to obtain approval for the return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns initiated without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.

We do understand that minor imperfections can sometimes occur during transit, whether through us or the courier company. However, please note that such issues are generally deemed minor and do not affect the quality or value of the gift, so they may not qualify for a return.

Courier Delays or Lost Packages

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and on time. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the courier company, even if we selected the courier service for you.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, the delivery process is in their hands, and we must comply with their policies. Delivery times can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our control. For any delays in delivery, we kindly ask for your understanding that these matters are managed by the courier company, not by us.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, a refund or replacement may only be initiated under the following conditions:

  1. You need to contact the courier directly to report the issue and request a case reference number.
  2. You must obtain written confirmation from the courier company that the item is officially classified as lost due to their handling.

Please note that we can only process refunds if the courier has confirmed that the package is lost. Without this written confirmation, we are unable to proceed with a refund. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for delays in delivery as we are bound by the courier's policies.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (if applicable), we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refunds may not be granted if the item is found to be undamaged or if the issue is deemed minor and does not significantly affect the quality of the product.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping, including delivery charges, packaging fees, handling fees, or any additional costs incurred, will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
